INDUSTRIAL METER BY-PASS

Advance Engineering has designed a welded by-pass meter set for 425 thru 1000 meters. The set is constructed to allow a meter change without interrupting the gas service to the customer.

To supply gas to the customer with no down time. This is done by opening the by-pass valve on the welded header and closing the inlet and outlet meter valves.

To increase the meter size without changing the assembly. This unit can be changed from a 425 thru 1000 meter by rotating the swivels from 8-1/4" to 11" centers.

To eliminate threaded connections: We eliminated 64% of the threaded connections by bending and welding the pipes together. This leaves a minimal amount of connections, thereby reducing potential leaks.

To be horizontal or a bent vertical inlet.
